Building Manager - Part Time

We are seeking a reliable and experienced part-time Building Manager to assist in the management 2 well-established residential (no holiday letting) buildings, with a small number of long-term rentals. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work part time, working alongside our experienced management team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, and is confident managing daily operations independently, including some property management.

The role includes-
Management of a small number of long-term rentals
Maintaining friendly relationships with residents
Overseeing cleaning of the complex, maintenance and contractors
Performing daily caretaker duties, including some administration work
Reporting issues and liaising with the Operations Manager
Ensuring the building is safe, clean, and well presented

Requirements-
Current Queensland Property Letting Licence
Ability to perform Caretaker duties
Good communication & organisation skills
Reliable, hands-on, and self-managed
