Full Time Management employment, MIAMI QLD

We are looking for an experienced REA Licensed Part Time or Permanent Property Manager to join our team at Miami or Mermaid Waters for a minimum of 25 hours to a maximum of 38 hours per week.

The business manages four complexes on the coast and employs a total of 18 staff including grounds, maintenance, administration and residential letting.

Your package includes various uniforms, business card, mobile phone plus a salary/contract to suit your experience and hours worked.

You will be dealing with:

- Dealing with investors and tenants.
- Lease renewals, inspections and tenant reviews.
- Organising various inspections onsite.
- Working with the maintenance team to coordinating maintenance.
- Assisting with committee requirements in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
- Attend Body Corporate meetings if required
- EOM and Trust accounting.

We ask that you are competent in:

- Be able to DocuSign and Realworx.
- REI Master or similar.
- Have a solid understanding of real estate legislation, ethics, and industry standards
- Possess a minimum of 1 years' experience in the property management industry.
